This guided breathwork experience is designed to help you release emotional weight and move forward feeling lighter, clearer and more grounded.

Sometimes it’s not about figuring everything out — it’s about giving your body the space to let go.

People come to this session when they’re:

• carrying stress or emotional weight
• feeling stuck in old patterns or thoughts
• going through change or transition
• ready to move forward but unsure how

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re letting go of.

The breath allows your body to process what it’s ready to release.

This isn’t about talking or analysing — it’s a guided, immersive experience.

It’s also common to sleep deeply afterwards and feel less reactive to things that would usually trigger you.

The session is fully guided from start to finish.

You’ll be lying down, using a simple breathing pattern while listening through headphones to an immersive audio journey that supports the process.

There’s nothing to “get right” — you simply follow the guidance and go at your own pace.

For this session at The Wellnes Barn, everything is set up for your comfort:

• mats
• blankets
• eye masks

• water
• comfortable clothing
• anything extra for comfort (optional)
