9D Breathwork Introductory Session (EH14)

This is a beginner-friendly introduction to 9D Breathwork, designed for anyone who’s curious about breathwork but doesn’t quite know what to expect.

9D Breathwork combines guided breathing with layered music, sound technology and verbal guidance to help calm the nervous system, release built-up stress, and create a deep sense of reset in both body and mind.

You’ll be guided step-by-step throughout the session, with the option to keep the breath gentle or explore more intensity — you are always in control of your experience.

This session is suitable if you:

• Feel stressed, overwhelmed, or mentally busy
• Carry tension in your body or struggle to fully relax
• Are new to breathwork and want a safe introduction
• Want to experience 9D before committing to a longer journey

What to expect:

• A short welcome and explanation of the breathing technique
• A guided 9D Breathwork journey using headphones
• Time to rest, ground, and integrate before leaving

No previous breathwork experience is needed. This is not about pushing or forcing anything — it’s about listening to your body and letting the breath do the work.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled.
All participants must complete a short health waiver before the session.
