Well, Arboretum Hill Club can assist with our annual FREE 8 week 5k training program this spring.
Learn at your speed. Walk. Walk-Run. Run. This is for all ages and all fitness levels.
We have the expertise to get you to where you want to be on your run journey after ONLY 8 WEEKS!
Arboretum Hill Club: Since 2018, AHC has led over 410 free workouts for the community. Dress for winter success and join the Friday jam. Post-workout, come on out to the AHC Friday java social at Bridgehead (130 Anderson). Follow us on IG, FB, X and Eventbrite
Registration and participation is an understanding that the participant has read and accepts the following Eventbrite waiver:
WAIVER (please read in full): In consideration of your acceptance on Eventbrite and your participation in Arboretum Hill Club (AHC) events, you hereby release and covenant not to sue AHC, and/or its leaders, for any and all present and future claims resulting from ordinary negligence and inherent risk during the AHC events, including but not limited to, any loss, injury, damage or liability sustained by you. You acknowledge that physical exercise can be dangerous and involve risk of serious injury, paralysis and/or death. You hereby acknowledge and agree to assume responsibility for all the risks, whether identified herein or not, even those risks arising out of negligence of the release.
