The Chakras are often talked about in Yoga, but how well do you know them?
Join me on a two hour journey of discovery focused on these powerful energy centers.
In this time I will share with you:
Wisdom about chakras- what are they?
An insight into the 7 chakra system and how to work with them.
We will explore seed mantras for each chakra and explore physical practices to work with each one.
We will begin with a wisdom share (time sitting talking,) followed by an asana (postural yoga) practice, ending with a chakra meditation.
This is a mixed level practice open to anyone keen to learn more about chakras and work with the deeper side of yoga.
