About this Event
Join us this Dhul Qadah for a meaningful walk across London, not just for the views, but for a cause that matters 🌙
We’ll be walking 7 bridges starting from London Bridge Station and ending at St James Park, creating space for real conversations, reflection, and a much-needed mental reset. This isn’t a fitness challenge, it’s about showing up, being present, and reconnecting with yourself and others.
Along the way, expect a calm and welcoming environment where we can talk openly, build genuine connections, and step away from the noise of everyday life 🤝
More importantly, this walk is part of a wider effort to support Muslim mental health. Too many in our community are struggling in silence, without access to support that understands both their faith and lived experiences. Through this walk, we’ll be raising funds to help provide accessible, culturally aware mental health services, because no one should have to go through it alone 💛
Each participant will have a £130 fundraising target, helping us collectively make a real difference.
We’ll end the walk together with refreshments and smoothies, a chance to unwind, and close the day with intention 🥤
