WHAT HAPPENS AT A GROUP?
• We meet live each week, if you miss a session you can catch up via the recordings.
• Each session consists of 2 simple guided meditations, a presented talk and supportive spaces to share, dialogue and ask questions.
• The 6 week block is progressive along a specific theme and each individual session is on a subject that nurtures and deepens that theme.
• There is an invitation to apply to your life what we practise, with an opportunity to check in each week.
• The number of participants is limited to twelve to allow for individual attention.

THE THEME…
Is “Meditation As A Tool To Unbind Conditioning And Control”
Over the 6 weeks through meditation and enquiry, on offer will be various tools, techniques and ways to explore, unbind and integrate our conditioning, and also loosen up the seeming fixed identity of control.
Via practical exploration we’ll take a look at how to work with physical sensations of the body, emotions, beliefs, the polarity of opposites and our shadows; all with the aim of bringing understanding, insight and freedom.
And... in Week 5 there will be some relational meditation (a little pair work).

ABOUT YOUR HOST
Hi, I’m David… I‘ve been meditating since the mid 1990's and my career as a facilitator started almost forty years ago, initially in sport and fitness and now for the last eleven years in wellbeing, supporting individuals, hosting groups and retreats in the U.K., India, Nepal, Thailand and Online.
My training in the therapeutic world has been extensive studying both Eastern and Western traditions however, I feel it is through finding peace in the most difficult times of my life that enables me to reach and support others the most.
I am a regular speaker at wellbeing events and a teacher and mentor on Spiritual Counselling and Psychotherapy diploma courses where I offer Mindfulness and Non-Duality.
As a writer I have contributed to articles for Insight Timer and The Health Of India magazine and in 2022 I published my first book of mindful poetry ‘Finding Peace In The Very Heart Of Life’.
For a number of years I would spend the English winters in India immersing myself in meditation, contemplation and Satsang, exploring the non-dual essence of reality with various modern day mystics and sages.
