A 5Rhythms Moving Meditation Workshop (5 Hours)
In a world that constantly pulls us outward, Back to Basics is an invitation to return home to the body, to breath, to the simple truth of movement.
This 5-hour immersive workshop brings us into the foundational maps of the 5Rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. We slow down, strip away complexity, and reconnect with what is essential: listening to the body as our guide, our teacher, our anchor.
Through guided waves, somatic exploration, and spacious integration, we cultivate awareness, presence, and trust in our own rhythm. There is no choreography to follow, only the practice of being in motion, exactly as you are.
This workshop is open to all whether you are new to 5Rhythms or returning to deepen your practice. It is a space to remember, to reset, and to rediscover the intelligence and freedom that lives within your body.
