Whether it's yoga, a dance party, or a peaceful walk – in this session you will learn how to incorporate movement that makes you smile and feel alive at every stage in your health journey.
By the end of this 5 part series, not only will you be able to better understand and interpret what your body is telling you, you will have the knowledge and understanding needed to share this valuable information with those supporting you and to advocate for yourself and your individual health needs.
