In late 2022, Huntha Management was brought onto the Uniqlo Adelaide Flagship Project at Myer Centre Adelaide as Client Side Project Manager and Superintendent with just 45 days until the scheduled opening. With no runway and an ambitious deadline, the project demanded rapid mobilisation, decisive stakeholder management, and trust-based relationships across a complex ecosystem of stakeholders including an international client, a demanding tenant, head contractors, engineers, certifiers, and shopfitters.
