This 4 week workshop is for you!This workshop series offers 4 weeks of structured classes for those working on green and yellow climbs. Your experienced coach Billy Lim will work with you to help develop your climbing technique and you'll benefit from structured coaching in a block of sessions.
You will see real progression in your climbing by participating in a succession of classes!
Each week will focus on a different aspect of climbing and include topics such as: warm up methods, footwork, movement and balance on the wall, climbing with efficiency, body tension, mental strategies, how to train, and cool down exercises for improved flexibility, mobility and injury prevention.
These topics will be covered in depth and will be accompanied by discussions, demonstrations, on the wall feedback and tips for future progression.
