🌱 3rd Annual Planted Rock Vegan Festival – Memphis 2025 🌱 Join us for a vibrant celebration of plant-based living in the heart of Memphis! The 3rd Annual Planted Rock Vegan Festival returns on Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 1 PM to 6 PM at beautiful Court Square Park in Downtown Memphis.

This year, we are featuring one of the greats in our Memphis Community to introduce veganism or plant powered foods into our palettes. Give it up for OMI BLU!!!!

OMI BLU OR Omi Is a Plant-Forward Chef, Herbalist, Holistic Health Practitioner, and Dietetics Student at the University of Memphis with over a decade of experience using food as medicine to nourish, heal, and empower communities. She is one the curators who inspired us to be the great community push for Alkaline plant powered eating, along with Bro Balewa, Bro Franco, Dr Sebi and Dr Afrika. She is the real deal and we are honored to have her as our feature this year's 3rd Annual Planted Rock Vegan Festival, Sunday, August 24, 2025.
