Morning Mindset & Meditation on the Beach
Join award-winning actor Tobias Truvillion, alongside fellow creatives, for the 3rd annual beachside wellness experience and fan favorite during ABFF Week.
Set against the rhythm of the ocean, this guided session blends mindset, meditation, and breathwork to help you release stress, regain clarity, and reconnect with your inner calm. Designed for creatives navigating high-energy environments, this experience offers a moment to reset, recharge, and realign.
Step away from the noise and into intention—surrounded by good energy, meaningful connection, and a community that understands the importance of choosing yourself.
This is more than a session… it’s a reset.
We will meet at 9:00 AM at the garden deck in the back of the Sagamore Hotel
1671 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139, followed by a collective walk to the beach at 9:30 sharp.
Bring a water bottle and a towel. The meditation on the beach is permitting, even if it is raining. We have a covered space, so we will still meet.
As usual, this is a free event however RSVP is required.
