3-Day Mindfulness Retreat (with one day option)

WHAT?

This 3-day non-residential mindfulness retreat offers a quiet, supportive space for participants to step away from daily routines, take a much-needed break, and connect with the self and deepen self-understanding.

The calming periods of being still, gentle guidance, and self-reflection help participants step out of busyness into a more sustained awareness, cultivating presence and compassion. Through a variety of practices and reflections, they learn to observe the mind and body with greater clarity. Ample time is set aside for inner exploration, allowing participants to rest, reset, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Day 1: Saturday, 20 Jun 2026, 9.30am - 5.30pm (One-day Option)

Day 2: Sunday, 21 Jun 2026, 9.30am - 5.30pm (One-day Option)

3-Day Course:

$480.00 per person

$96 for seniors eligible for National Silver Academy (NSA) subsidy

1-Day Retreat:

$160.00 per person

National Silver Academy

• NSA subsidy is for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 50 and above.

SkillsFuture Credit

• In addition to NSA subsidy, course fee may be offset by SkillsFuture Credit (SFC).
• All tickets purchased with the intent to use SkillsFuture Credit to offset the course fee will be subject to a non-refundable $10 administrative fee.

Important Notes:

• Please note that payments for courses are non-refundable, non-transferable.

• There are NO make-ups if you miss any of day.

• Missing a day does not disqualify you from taking part in the course - the trainer is not obligated to recap what was missed.

• Attendance of all 3 Days is required for Certificate of Completion.

•Brahm Centre reserves the right to replan the course should the trainer be unable to conduct the class due to unforeseen circumstances.

HOW? Do I begin the process of using my SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) to pay for course fees:

Step 1 (on Skillsfuture Website): Check your SkillsFuture credit balance.

Log into your SkillsFuture Portal to confirm you have sufficient SkillsFuture Credit balance (Take note: $4K SkillsFuture Career Transition Credits CANNOT be used for Brahm Centre courses).

Step 2 (on Eventbrite Website): Securing your ticket.

On Eventbrite, search for the course you are interested in.

Step 3 (on Eventbrite Website): Select correct ticket type & complete registration.

Select the intended Ticket Type (either NSA+SkillsFuture or Individual+SkillsFuture) and complete your registration. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing information about the course.

Save/Screenshot the confirmation. (you will use this in the following steps)

Step 4 (on Skillsfuture Website): Submit your SkillsFuture claim.

Go back to the SkillsFuture Portal to submit a claim under 'E-Services'.

Please submit your SkillsFuture credit claim 60 days BEFORE the course commencement, for it to be valid. Deadline to submit SFC Claim is one week prior to course commencement.

Step 5 (on Skillsfuture Website):

If your SFC submission was completed successfully, the status of your submission would reflect as "PENDING".

Your registration is confirmed after your SkillsFuture claim status reflect as "APPROVED".

*Should you choose to cancel your SFC claim before the start date, Brahm Centre reserves the right to impose a penalty fee for course withdrawal.
