Helping parents and children manage stress and communicate better—together.
About this Event

Struggling with your child’s exam stress or finding it hard to communicate without frustration?

Many parents want to support their children, especially during stressful periods like exams, but may feel unsure how to do so without adding pressure or creating conflict.

This 2-part workshop series is designed for parents and children (Primary 4 to Secondary 1) to learn together through parallel sessions, equipping both with practical skills to manage stress and communicate more effectively.

In these workshops, children will learn simple, age-appropriate tools to better understand their thoughts and emotions, and to respond and relate to others in healthy ways. At the same time, parents will learn the same approaches their children are being taught, enabling them to reinforce these practices at home. Parents will also gain practical strategies to support their children through stressful situations, including examinations.

By learning a shared set of skills and language, families can strengthen their connection and apply these strategies meaningfully in everyday life.
