Join us for the 2nd Annual Kid’s Safety Day — a free, family-friendly event focused on promoting safety and wellness for children in our community! Hosted by the Unicoi County Chamber of Commerce, this exciting and impactful event takes place Saturday, May 30, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Erwin Town Hall, located at 211 North Main Avenue.After a great response last year, we’re back and bigger than ever—with more vendors, more activities, and even more hands-on experiences for kids. Families can enjoy free car seat and bicycle safety checks, plus free bike helmets for kids (while supplies last) thanks to the Jeff Roth Cycling Foundation.
This fun event will be packed with interactive activities, learning opportunities, giveaways, and lots of free items for kids. From everyday safety tips to outdoor awareness, first aid preparedness, fire safety, electrical and household hazard safety, drug safety and prevention, stranger danger awareness, and much more, it’s all about helping kids learn smart, play safe, and grow strong.
