Join Porché Pottery & Arts in welcoming renowned potter, Suze Lindsay for a special workshop!Suze’s workshop is a relaxed, hands-on exploration of pottery techniques. She’ll move between the wheel and the table, showing how to combine thrown pieces with hand-built elements to create unique forms. You’ll see how to alter shapes, build them up on feet or skirts, and move beyond traditional round forms.
Bring a sketchbook—there will be simple drawing and writing exercises to help you think differently about 3D form and design. Suze will also demonstrate decorating with slips and share practical ideas for adding surface detail.
This workshop is all about experimenting, observing your work, and growing your own creative style in an easygoing, supportive setting.
