Join River City Youth, Spokane Zero Waste and the West Central Abbey for our second annual Earth Day Block Party in Spokane’s West Central neighborhood. This free, family friendly event brings the community together for free food, live music, and hands on activities for all ages. We will be hosting a free bike giveaway for youth and adults, along with a bike rodeo and on site bike maintenance. Bring your bike and our team will help with basic repairs so you can ride with confidence.Enjoy a free native plant giveaway, connect with local nonprofits and businesses hosting tables, and take part in a community art activity as part of the Urban Shade Project. The Mend It Cafe will also be on site, so bring clothing that needs repair and have it fixed while you relax, listen to music, and eat with neighbors.
