2026 Student Success Summit Exhibitor Registration

Please only reserve one table per organization unless you have made specific arrangements with an event organizer. Register additional people as SSS attendees.

Information for Exhibitors:

All organizations are invited to exhibit during the 2026 Student Success Summit Exhibitors' Hall to be held Wednesday, July 15th and Thursday, July 16th at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center in Charleston, WV. Exhibitors will staff tables throughout the entirety of the Summit. FOR PROFIT organizations wanting to exhibit will be asked to provide a $50 check payable to the West Virginia Department of Education. NON-PROFIT organizations, colleges, or universities wanting to exhibit will be asked to provide a $25 check payable to the West Virginia Department of Education. Failure to provide payment by July 10th will result in cancellation. Please MAIL checks prior to the Summit.

Details:

• Those wishing to exhibit in the Exhibitors' Hall should register at the link above.
• Exhibitors will be provided with a single 8' display table and table linens. Outlets will not be provided.
• Each exhibit must be staffed during the duration of the Student Success Summit.
• Space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Though not required, we would appreciate if you donate door prizes of up to $25 in value for conference participants (examples include t-shirts, gift cards, mousepads, etc.). Door prizes must be mailed to Heather McChesney (2001 Union Carbide Drive Building 2000 South Charleston, WV 25303) no later than July 10th.
• All individuals from a single organization should register as a group.
• Exhibitors who also plan to attend the Student Success Summit as conference participants should also reserve participant/presenter tickets at the link below.
