About this Event
Event Description
We are excited to invite you to our annual Miami Beach Pride Festival in April 2026! This year’s festival will take place on the weekend of April 11th-12th in Lummus Park. We would like to invite you to join us for an Alumni and Friends Breakfast, walk in the FIU Parade Contingency, and enjoy the festival at our Pride Center exhibition booth.
The Miami Beach Pride Festival “brings together members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community, their friends, allies and supporters in celebration of the unique spirit and culture of the LGBTQ+ community.” The Pride Center has supported the festival through its participation and contingency within the parade down Ocean Drive for the past 10 years. Participants of the committee will have the opportunity to connect with faculty, staff, and students at the university while networking with community members and professionals across South Florida.
