AGE GROUPSRaces will begin with the Diaper Dash. Participants will be allowed to have one parent on the “course.” Parents may walk or run along with younger entrants (5 and under).
Age groups may be run in a series of heats to accommodate all participants. The distances in these short runs vary, increasing with each age group.
AGE DISTANCE
1 and under 15ft crawl
13 months-3 years 25 yards
4-5 years 50 yards
6-7 years 100 yards
Children over 7 years of age are invited to participate in the 26th Mile presented by Chiquita or the Queen City Running 5K.
PARTICIPANT AMENITIES
All registered participants will receive a shirt and a limited-edition poster, and all finishers will receive a medal.
