Join us for our 2026 Conference on Metastatic Breast Cancer, taking place April 17–19, 2026, in Philadelphia, with a livestream option for those who aren't able to attend in person. Now marking our 20th year, this conference brings together people living with metastatic breast cancer, family, friends, and experts from across the country for a weekend centered on real answers, real stories, and real help.
What you can expect:
• A meaningful start to the weekend with Friday meetups, a welcome dinner, and a wellness reception led by our partner Unite for HER
• In-depth sessions about medical updates and clinical trials, understanding scans and pathology reports with our partner Project Life, living long-term with MBC, personalized medicine and genomics, insurance and financial navigation, caregiving, palliative care, and side effect management
• Holistic wellness offerings include yoga, nutrition, journaling for wellness, and sessions focused on trauma and emotional support
• Beloved community moments, like the “Shared Voices” panel
