About this Event

The Brain Health Summit is centred around the 6 Pillars of Brain Health:

It's a highly engaging, comprehensive symposium on brain health and neuro-enhancing performance, with a strong emphasis on practical, actionable strategies that bridge research with real-world application.

DAY 1: THURSDAY, JUNE 18: Seeds of Change Evening Experience & Dinner | 5:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

  • Listen to Dr. Matthew Galati, Medical Doctor & TBI survivor for his first-hand experience with resiliency and mindset
  • Join us in honouring Dr. Norman Doidge in-person for his impact following his book, “The Brain That Changes Itself”
  • Hear from Barbara Arrowsmith-Young on the Principles of Neuroplasticity
  • Learn about brain-healthy nutrition with Dr. Mary Sco.
  • Combine movement and cognition with Dr. Lauren Sergio
  • Framework to overcome balance and mobility issues with Dr. George Mochizuki
  • Limiting Harmful Exposures with Andrea Nakayama
