2026 Annual General Meeting

Join Still Moon Arts for our Annual General Meeting, where we review the past year and elect some new board members.

What to Expect:

• Enjoy some snacks and chat with other Still Moon members
• Cret creative with a needle-felting activity
• Still Moon's Board and Artistic Director will review the past year, and you'll vote to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors.
• If you would like to nominate yourself for the board, or at the meeting. If we receive your nomination by April 7th, we will include your candidate information in the meeting package that will be sent to members ahead of time.
• Because this is an AGM, it is a members-only event. You can sign up for a membership at the door, or .

Good to know:

• Chairs and washrooms are available on-site.
• Please do not hesitate to reach out about any accessibility needs.
