PROF. QUEBRADO: A Capoeira professor with over 20 years of international experience, Quebrado has traveled the world teaching, training, and sharing Capoeira across cultures and continents. Of Lebanese-Armenian heritage with roots in breakdancing, his movement creates a distinct dialogue between traditional Capoeira and street-influenced expression. Having taught and trained in Brazil, China, Mexico, Canada, Japan, and beyond, he brings a global perspective to his work as a full-time Capoeira coach and personal trainer, blending cultural authenticity, athletic performance, and longevity-focused movement. For Quebrado, Capoeira is a living language - and movement is the bridge that connects people worldwide.
GRADUADA SEM PARAR is dedicated to preserving and sharing the art of Capoeira as a holistic practice of movement, culture, and expression. Drawing on her background as a lifelong athlete, full-time personal trainer, fitness instructor, & nutritionist, she supports strength, resilience, and longevity within her students’ and her own Capoeira practice. Sem Parar’s teaching blends tradition with modern, science-backed training principles, helping students move with confidence, adaptability, and sustainability - both in the roda and in daily life.
Both are students of Mestra Pavão & Mestre Chegado, CounterBalance Capoeira Brasil, Los Angeles, California.
The workshops will take place in the heart of Vancouver in beautiful Olympic village, hosted by Professora Esquilo and Grupo Capoeira Brasil Vancouver.
