• Chakra Activation Meditation - Our chakras are gateways between the physical and energetic bodies. Practice activating + balancing your energy centers and attune with your Higher Self.
• Cosmic Sound - Unwind to the meditative sounds of singing bowls & drift into the relaxed state of theta. It's an opportunity to expand and explore.
