According to Army Field Manual FM 3-21.8 The Infantry Rifle Platoon and Squad an Initial Rally Point (IRP) is defined as "A place inside of friendly lines where a unit may assemble and reorganize if it makes enemy contact during departure of friendly lines or before reaching the first en route rally point."
This event is organized by two Veterans with unique perspectives and insight into business strategy and is OPEN TO ALL! An IRP is designed to be a place of safety where you can organize and get the tools you need to succeed. With this idea in mind, the IRP Network is crafted to be a place to share ideas, make valuable connections, and get prepared to make the next step in your career or business. At the same time, we strive to support organizations doing good in our community.
Whether you're a Veteran or civilian, established in your career, starting a new business, or anywhere in your professional journey join us for strategic collaboration, collective wisdom, and invaluable insights as we work as a team to navigate challenges and foster growth in our occupational endeavors.
