Event Description
Welcome to the Opening Gala of the 17th Seattle Latino Film Festival. A night filled with culture, excitement, and community:
Red Carpet & Reception (6:00–7:00 PM): photography, a festive atmosphere, and tapas to kick off the evening in style.
Live Music Performance: a special performance by Yuley Díaz (Cuban-Spanish jazz piano) and Nacho Arimany (Spanish percussion).
Featured Screenings:
Sweet Boys — Seattle premiere. Drama & music, 14 minutes (USA, 2024), in English and Spanish, directed by Natasha Rivera.
The Ladder — Special screening of a sci-fi drama (103 minutes), in English with Spanish subtitles; director Emilio Torres will be present.
