About this Event
Shanti in Sanskrit means PEACE.
Both in Hindu and Buddhist practices, Shanti is often chanted three times to represent threefold peace in body, mind and spirit. In our yoga practice it is often used as an invocation of inner peace.
Our November Full Moon Ritual calls you into a deep and profound level of peace through movement, breath, scent, sound, and community with your guide Rosie Araujo. You will be taken on a journey of self expression by virtue of progressive pranayama and slow flow, to the backdrop of calming scents and hypnotic sounds. Relax further afterwards as we close with a soothing sound bath.
As we approach the end of another year, gift your nervous system the time to decompress. Calling in the vibrations of Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti…. Peace, Peace, Peace.
