We’re excited to announce the launch of a brand‑new Milltownpass Barn Owl Conservation Project – a community‑led initiative aimed at helping Barn Owls thrive locally 🦉🌿
To kick things off, we’re hosting a free community event in Milltownpass Community Centre, welcoming everyone who’s curious about Barn Owls, wildlife, and how our local landscape can support biodiversity.
We’ll be joined by John Carrig from The Barn Owl Project, along with Erin the real‑life Barn Owl, for an engaging and family‑friendly session.
🌾 Are you a landowner or farmer?
We’re also inviting local landowners who may be interested in hosting a FREE Barn Owl nesting box to come along, learn what’s involved, ask questions, and chat through potential sites.
