Meditation365 – 3 Hour Meditation & Mindfulness WorkshopThis 3-hour workshop is designed to give you a simple, practical experience of Meditation and Mindfulness that you can bring into your everyday life.
Most of us spend our time caught in thoughts about the past or the future. This session is about learning how to come back to the present moment in a real and tangible way—using your breath, your body, and your awareness as anchors.
This is not about trying to stop your thoughts or “doing it right.”
It’s about understanding how your attention works, and learning how to gently bring it back to yourself.
During this workshop, you can expect:
Simple, guided meditation practices
A clear understanding of what the present moment actually is
Practical tools to help with overthinking, stress, and restlessness
A relaxed, grounded environment with no pressure or expectations
Space to sit, notice, and experience yourself in a different way
Whether you are completely new to meditation or have some experience, this workshop meets you where you are.
The focus is on making meditation real, accessible, and usable in your daily life.
