Loughfouder NS are hosting a school reunion for all past-pupils on Saturday the 25th of April from 3-6pm. This year they are celebrating the 60th anniversary of the opening of the new school in Loughfouder. It’s been 13 years since the last reunion at the school which was an amazing success so it’s an opportune time to bring everyone together again to renew old acquaintances. There will be refreshments on the day as well as old photo displays and slideshows. There will also be an open session of music, song & storytelling beginning at 4.15pm. There was always plenty of musical talent in Loughfouder so hopefully it will revived on the day! To confirm your attendance just text your name to the school mobile (086)0689648. It is a free event but donations towards extracurricular activities and events for the current pupils would be greatly appreciated on the day. It promises to be another memorable occasion at Loughfouder National School.
