👉 Who I am
I’m a ❤️ Love & Single Coach, Trauma Release Practitioner (EMDR), yoga instructor, and facilitator of emotional group processes.
EMDR is my go-to super tool for releasing blocks caused by traumatic experiences. Feel free to DM me if you'd like to learn more.
