Jaynie & Lowri host a Yin & Yang workshop at Albrighton Hall Hotel & Spa on Sunday 31st May from 2-6pm ☯️😊We invite you to come along to learn more about both energies & how to use them both during your yoga practice & daily lives to help you feel more balanced & aligned 🙏🏼
We will start with Yang practice led by Jaynie with some energising breathwork, movement & journaling prompts to empower & uplift 💪🏼
Lowri will then lead you through journaling prompts to reflect & take care of our more emotional side, guiding you then through super relaxing Yin practice, guided meditation & Savasana 😌
Snacks will be provided during the journaling exercises & Reiki will be offered during relaxation to help you slide gentley into a peaceful state to fully switch off & unwind 🕉
Spa use is also included - all for just £40!
Free time to connect with others or sit with a good book enjoying the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna & ice room 😊
