Join Lale Tuncer & June Meagher for this one day exploration to discover what your purpose is.
Do you ever find yourself wondering: Who am I? Why am I here? What is my purpose in life? If so, you’re in good company.
For many of us, the answer seems to lie in the roles we play — parent, partner, colleague, manager, friend, carer, or any number of identities we’ve gathered along the way. Sometimes these roles feel aligned and fulfilling. Other times, they leave us feeling disconnected, as though we’re living a life that doesn’t quite belong to us. That sense of emptiness can be unsettling, even overwhelming, and may contribute to stress, illness, or depression.
Often, we struggle to understand our purpose simply because we’ve never paused long enough to explore our own gifts, strengths, and desires. Reflection takes time — and many of us have spent years prioritising the needs of others.
Some people know what lights them up and dream of being paid to do the work they love. Yet circumstances, upbringing, limited opportunities, or responsibilities such as raising children or caring for family members can make it feel as though our own aspirations must be set aside. We sacrifice our wants for the needs of those we love, even when a part of us longs for something more.
