Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and open gently, with longer-held postures that access the deeper layers of fascia and encourage a meditative state. You’ll then settle into a soothing sound bath with crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, and gentle percussion all designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system reset.
