A deeply restorative group sound experience designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect with your inner calm. This 60-minute session blends crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding vibrations to create an immersive, meditative soundscape that supports both individual and collective healing.
You’ll rest comfortably on a yoga mat in a quiet space while gentle, layered sounds wash over you—encouraging your mind to quiet, your body to soften, and your nervous system to settle.

What to Expect
Mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks are provided. You're welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel more comfortable. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.
