About this Event
The 27th Annual Wake Forest HerbFest returns to downtown Wake Forest for two weekends—April 24–26 and May 1–3—at 530 S. White Street. Hours are 9 AM–6 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and 10 AM–4 PM on Sundays. Admission and street parking are free. Rain or shine.
A beloved spring tradition, HerbFest draws thousands of visitors each year with an exceptional selection of high-quality organic non-gmo herbs, vegetable plants, and native perennials—offering a great selection of popular and hard to find plants. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just getting started, knowledgeable volunteers from the County Master Gardener program will be on-site all weekend to answer questions and help you succeed.
Enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with live music, food trucks, and educational resources for gardeners of all levels. On Saturday, May 2, don’t miss Franklin Academy Day featuring the award-winning Franklin Academy Jazz Band and student-led face painting.
Now in its 27th year, HerbFest continues to bring the community together while supporting a meaningful cause. Proceeds benefit the Graham Johnson Cultural Arts Endowment (GJCAE), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides arts education and public art projects in local schools and throughout the community.
Come celebrate spring, grow something beautiful, and make a difference. www.herbfest.net for more details.
