These Pilates Classes are a step up from the Progression classes and will challenge you to increase your core strength and improve your flexibility whilst staying safe and injury free. Where applicable, an exercise will be taught with options as to the degree of difficulty and these classes are suitable for those who have already developed their strength and flexibility through their Pilates Practice.We will lean more towards Classical Pilates in these sessions, however, we will continue to use a mixture of small equipment during each block, although the lessons will be designed to be completed without the equipment, should clients wish.
Pilates is not a stop gap between injuries, it is what holds everything together and assists with every aspect of movement in life.
