Led by Kate, a Body Control Pilates Certified Teacher and former dancer, these Gentle Pilates Classes are suitable for all levels except absolute beginners.These classes will challenge you to increase your core strength and improve your flexibility whilst staying safe and injury free.
Kate's passion for movement and dedication to promoting physical well-being inspired her to become a certified Pilates instructor. Kate's lovely, warm manner puts clients immediately at ease, and she brings her extensive experience and enthusiasm for movement to every class, helping her clients achieve balance, strength, and flexibility.
Where applicable, the exercises will be taught with options as to the degree of difficulty enabling you to stay at the best level for you.
Remember, Pilates is not a stop gap between injuries, it is what holds everything together and assists with every aspect of movement in life.
