Swing into spring at our fabulous Spring Ball with the authentic big band sounds of the incomparable Peter Long and his 14-piece Swing Orchestra, in the beautiful period main hall at Latymer Upper, King Street, Hammersmith.
* Live music from an all-star swingin' big band, playing the music of the legendary Chick Webb, and Count Basie Orchestras
* Lulu's pop-up bar - serving wines, beers, sodas, and the Savoy dancers' favourite - coke floats!

* All welcome - no dance experience needed!
* JUST ADDED! Fun 45-minute open-level class with London Lindy hop legend Ryan Francois (Swing! on Broadway, Strictly Come Dancing amongst many, many other credits - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ryan_Francois), to kick things off at 7.45pm. Ryan will be teaching a swing stroll, all welcome (you just need a ticket for the ball), no partner or previous experience needed.
Doors open at 8.30pm (7.30pm if you're doing Ryan's class) when you can warm up your dancing feet with vintage recorded sounds from the 1930s and 40s, or grab a drink at Lulu's pop-up bar and soak up the atmosphere, before the band's first set at 9.20pm! The party continues until 12.30am.
Dress in the style of The Savoy Ballroom of the 1920s through to 1950s.
