This five-course tasting experience blends the richness of slow-cooked barbecue with fresh, vibrant seasonal elements. As our chef prepare each course before you, you’ll discover how premium ingredients such as olive oils, balsamics, spices, and thoughtful pairings transform familiar flavors into something unforgettable.

About the Classes: Each class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation along with providing a tasting of each dish prepared. We will also provide wine tastings with selected dishes. Must be 21 years of age.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds! To receive credit for a future cooking class, a one-week notice is required with a $10 processing fee. Requests must be emailed to [email protected].
