💙 From Soldier to Carer – Climbing for Heroes 💙
On Saturday 4th April 2026, I’ll be taking on one of the biggest challenges of my life — climbing Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales — to raise money for Help for Heroes.
This isn’t just a mountain walk for me.
It’s personal.
As a veteran, I know the strength it takes to serve — and the courage it takes to rebuild when the uniform comes off. Life after service can be tough, and far too many of our heroes face their hardest battles once they return home.
Now, as the founder of HomeKind Cheshire Ltd, a small family-run companionship and home-care company, my mission is to care from the heart — for the vulnerable, the forgotten, and those who’ve dedicated their lives to helping others.
That’s why I’m doing this climb — alone, but with the spirit of every veteran and every supporter behind me.
Every step I take up Snowdon will be for the men and women who’ve given everything for our country… and for those still finding their way back.
💙 All donations raised will go directly to Help for Heroes, supporting veterans and their families with recovery, rehabilitation, and mental health support.
