💎💕 Bebe Sparkle (Studio Queen of Diamonds/Owner Bec) is bringing back her popular dance class by demand as a 4 wk workshop with a very special introductory price $80 (usually $120) 💎💕💎
Each wk Bebe will have you finding your inner sparkle as she teaches you her signature sensual movements, how to demand attention, mix flow with dynamic tricks onto and off the floor (leveled for all abilities).
By the completion of 4 wks you will have a Sexy Floor & Flow dance routine that you can perform for the class video (completely optional always) and/or be proud of what you have achieved and most likely hungry to do more!
This style of dance includes sexy poses, head rolls, flow , strength/dynamic moves on the floor (with alternates for all abilities) and flexible moves (with alternates for all abilities)
💎 You do not need to have any dance experience - you do need to be able to comfortable get up and down from the floor is all.
💎 Everybody Friendly (Bebe is used to teaching alternate movements if finding anything difficult and with challenging those who are ready for more difficulty)
💎 Open to everyone - non members and members
💎 Great for performers who want moves to include in their shows - Pole, Burlesque, Drag, Dance, Theatre etc
💎 Can be danced in HEELS or bare feet
💎 Wear whatever you are comfortable moving in - stretch fabric is great - leggings and tops that cover shoulders work well
💎 knee pads for anyone that has trouble kneeling/pressure on knees a must but recommended for all (Knee pads are sold at Diamond Class)
💎Your Instructor : Bebe Sparkle (Studio owner Bec) has been performing and teaching for over 18 years performer her sparkly style at countless festivals and shows including most recently returning from her 4th annual year performing with her Diamonds at 'Party in the Paddock'.
