Grab your mat, leash your pup, and join us for one of Houston’s most feel-good community events — Paws, Planks & Pints is back and better than ever!Hosted by Citizen Pilates and taught by founder Jess Schindler, this 30-minute mat Pilates class is more than just a workout, it’s a chance to come together, support Houston’s rescue community, and have a little fun while you’re at it.
