1οΈβ£ Grounding & Guided Breathwork
We begin by settling the body and calming the nervous system through gentle, guided breathing techniques.
2οΈβ£ Vocal Toning & Voice Activation (25β30 minutes)
Together we will explore simple humming, toning, and resonance practices that awaken the throat and allow vibration to move through the body. This shared vocal field often creates a beautiful sense of connection, openness, and playfulness.
3οΈβ£ Sound Immersion (40β45 minutes)
From this unified field of vibration, you will be invited to lie back and relax as waves of healing sound wash over you. Instruments and soothing frequencies help guide the body into deeper rest and nervous system regulation.
