✨ You won’t find an experience like this anywhere else in Hampton Roads! From the top of the South Norfolk Jordan Bridge, you can see Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Portsmouth with the Elizabeth River far below (the bridge reaches about 169 ft at its highest point).

🚗 Where to park: Use the paved parking lots at Elizabeth River Park.
🚶 How to access the walkway: From the park, take the paved ramp that connects to the Pedestrian Walkway.

🌳 About the park: A 40-acre urban nature park with about 2 miles of trails.
➡️ Route: Start at Elizabeth River Park → cross the bridge → continue to Paradise Creek Nature Park

🏙️ Terrain: Mostly city sidewalk until we reach the park
🚻 Restrooms: Elizabeth River Park has restrooms; Paradise Creek may have a porta-potty if the building isn’t open.
💲 Toll reminder: Driving across the Jordan Bridge has a toll, but the Pedestrian Walkway is free (daylight hours).
💨 Wind note: The walkway can close for high winds — check conditions before heading out.
