Exciting news!! ✨️ Mich will be facilitating our first ever somatic dance in Jersey as part of Soul Ground's Ecstatik Mondays!
It will be held in a lovely studio with soft lighting and lots of permission to be your beautiful unique self, whether that's lying down relaxing or letting your body move and express authentically.
Guidance will be offered throughout to support you to feel comfortable and connected to yourself.
