1942年，经过日军武装的货船“里斯本丸”，载着1816名盟军战俘，经过中国浙江舟山海域时，被美军潜艇击沉。危急关头，善良的中国渔民挺身而出，冒着日军的枪林弹雨出海救下了384名盟军战俘…

In 1942, the armed Japanese freighter Lisbon Maru, carrying 1,816 Allied prisoners of war, was sunk by a U.S. submarine off the coast of Zhoushan, Zhejiang, China. In this moment of crisis, courageous Chinese fishermen risked their lives, braving Japanese gunfire to save 384 Allied POWs......

本片取材于真实的历史事件，揭开了掩埋八十二年的历史真相。正在竞逐第97届奥斯卡金像奖“最佳纪录片”。

This film is based on a true historical event, uncovering a story buried for 82 years. It is currently competing for the 97th Academy Awards' "Best International Feature Film."

Fang Li is a geophysicist, marine technologist, and renowned film producer, executive producer, screenwriter, and director. He has produced and created 15 feature films, including Lost in Beijing, Summer Palace, Buddha Mountain, The Continent, and Double Exposure.
