⟁ We will begin with a guided grounding meditation, followed by some nourishing embodied movement and gentle guided breathwork to warm up the body and invite a connection to our own inner wisdom
⟁ You will then be lovingly guided through a conscious connected breathwork practice for energetic release and processing, supported by sacred sound frequencies and Sekhem energy healing
⟁ This will be followed by a beautiful gong & crystalline sound healing journey, to support healing on a cellular level & any integration that wants to happen

No previous experience of breathwork, meditation, sekhem reiki or sound healing is needed to join, you will be fully supported and guided throughout the journey
Please note, as a small business we cannot offer refunds, however if you wish to transfer your spot to another session (within 3 months of original booking) or to a friend, this can be done if 48 hrs notice is given before the event.

Embodied Movement is a gentle practice designed to help you connect with and release energy stored in the body. It encourages mindful movement, allowing you to honour your body’s needs. Any suggestions made by your practitioner are purely invitations and not obligations. If you experience any injury or pain, please listen to your body, resting on your mat is always a welcomed option.
• If you have any injuries or physical conditions that may affect movement, please inform me before the session.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a really beautiful tool to alleviate anxiety, to access higher states of consciousness and to release any stored experiences and energy
Breathwork is a safe practice, however there is possibility for side effects. If you have any of these conditions or are pregnant, please let me know and I will adjust the type of breath work for you. Please also consult your GP if you have any concerns.

Bella is a trauma informed reiki master teacher, sound healer, yin yoga, sekhem, embodied movement, akashic records and breath work teacher and the founder of The Temple of I - a safe space for you to come home to yourself, to release and shift anything that you no longer need, to call in and embody your light, and to step into your power.
Born into a lineage of healers, Bella’s experiences of energy began at a very young age, initially expressing itself through clairvoyance and healing touch.
Combining sound, reiki, breath work and embodied movement during her sessions, Bella creates a nurturing and safe space where you will be deeply held and supported to enable deep healing, connecting you to your body and your needs, bringing you back into harmony, back home to yourself.
