Through gentle breathwork, instrumentation, toning, and mantra, this in-person class invites you to experience sound as vibration and presence - supporting nervous system regulation and a deeper sense of calm. No singing experience needed.
Come for a tea and a mingle from 5:45 PM - 6:00 PM PT.
Session starts at 6:00 PM.
